SHIFT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Shift Manager to join our leadership team. As a Shift Manager, you will be trained to perform all the responsibilities of a Team Member while also managing the daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Store Manager. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant by maintaining company standards in areas such as product preparation, customer service, team management, and financial accountability.
