Skills/Qualifications/Experience: · Proven relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of Indian cuisine. · Strong culinary skills and a passion for food. · Excellent organisational and time management abilities. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. · Strong communication and teamwork skills. · Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.
