General maintenance workers required to repair and manage existing client refit sites. This is a maintenance roles for already complete sites. Main responsibilities include repair of commercial and residential kitchens, point of sale displays, bedroom and office storage, bathroom units and hotels. Day to day duties will entail: Inspection of sites and fixtures, carrying out of necessary repairs, installation of new equipment or upgrades, keeping maintenance logs, reporting any issues to management, planning of work schedules, following written instructions, using hand and power tools, planning and invoicing works. 37.5 hours per week, Immigration Salary List role. CSCS Card registration once in the UK. Full training and PPE provided by employer.
