You’ll analyse tender documents, create persuasive responses, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality submissions that reflect our mission, values, and service excellence.\nWorking closely with the Head of Bids & Tendering and internal stakeholders, you’ll help drive improvements in our bid processes and contribute directly to our success in securing new business.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nManaging end‑to‑end tender submissions, ensuring compliant, engaging and accurately written responses\nProducing high‑quality original content and gathering essential information from subject matter experts\nCompleting tender documentation, including online portal submissions\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen bid quality and win rates\nContributing to reporting, knowledge sharing and maintaining the tender information library\nCollaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure up‑to‑date, accurate and consistent information is included in all submissions\nWorking within structured review processes to deliver on time, every timeWhat We’re Looking For\n\nDegree-level qualification\nExceptional written communication skills\nKnowledge of public procurement within the health & social care sector\nStrong project management, planning and time‑management abilities\nHigh level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines, work under pressure and use your own initiative\nExcellent people skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation\nMethodical approach with outstanding attention to detail\nWillingness to occasionally work outside normal hours and travel for meetings when required\nPassion for supporting people and delivering great customer experience\nCommitment to continuous learning and developmentWhy Join Us?\nYou’ll be part of a supportive, knowledgeable and ambitious team, playing a key role in shaping successful tender outcomes that directly support the people and communities we serve.
