We are currently recruiting for a Customer Collection Advisor to join the team at our Head Office which is located just a 12-minute walk from Cowcaddens subway station and free onsite parking is available. The role: Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team. Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices. To monitor and review customer debt – Collection through phone, email and letters. Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems About You: Excellent communication skills Previous telephone experience Previous Customer Service experience is desirable however not essential Previous experience in credit control is desirable however not essential Great problem-solving skills Track record in customer query management Ability to work both a team and as an individual Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team Ability to strive within a busy environment Knowledgeable on MS Office
