PnL Owner • Design each shift by station with precision, balancing labour productivity with demand., • Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste with discipline., • Spot and execute tactical levers to drive store sales. Change Maker • Lead rollout of new initiatives in your store(s). Land the "why" and "how" with your team, driving real adoption and enthusiasm., • Propose and test new ideas.
