Taking the lead with confidence, and being dependable during times of disruption. Motivating the team, and providing direction and guidance to Supervisors, Support team, driver and loaders on shift. Managing, reporting, and implementing any changes as required, to ensure DO & CO is compliant with the regulations relating to airside and landside operations. Having the composure and ability to adapt to stressful situations and deal with any emergencies or last-minute changes to scheduled flight operations. You will be precise and have great attention to detail when recording and completing paperwork as well as ensuring all records are up to date.
