What Were Looking For • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration., • Proven experience in a similar nursing role ideally nursing home setting., • Strong knowledge of nursing principles procedures and best practices., • Excellent communication critical thinking and organizational skills., • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse healthcare team., • Empathy patience and a genuine commitment to holistic patient care. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients following best practices ethical standards and healthcare policies., • Administer medications perform clinical procedures and manage individual care plans accurately and safely., • Monitor record and report changes in patients conditions collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team., • Provide education and guidance to patients and families on health conditions treatments and preventive care., • Maintain detailed patient records to ensure continuity and quality of care., • Ensure safe use of medical equipment and adherence to infection control protocols., • Participate in ongoing professional development training and quality improvement initiatives.
