HR Business Partner • Annual Salary: £50,000, • Location: Based on site at Welham Green with weekly travel to Norwich & Ipswich, • Job Type: Full-time My client is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join their team. This role is pivotal in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance performance and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping organisational culture, supporting talent strategies, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs. Day-to-day of the role: • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions that support organisational success., • Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies to build a high-performing team. Oversee recruitment decisions to ensure alignment with the company’s values and strategy., • Employee Relations: Offer guidance on employee issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management, ensuring compliance and consistency., • Change Management: Work with leaders to manage organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee engagement during transformation initiatives., • Performance Management: Facilitate the performance review and feedback process, aiding managers in setting goals, providing coaching, and developing team capabilities., • Policy & Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations, and reflect the company’s values., • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion an inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that support diversity and employee engagement., • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role., • Strong understanding of all HR functions including talent management, employee relations, and compliance., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of acting as a coach for senior personnel and partners in the company., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations., • A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
