JAM Card for business also aligns with ESG goals. The Role This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role within a highly respected and credible EDI advocacy led social enterprise. The organisation currently operates across Ireland and has ambitious plans to scale across the UK and wider markets. As Corporate Partnerships Manager you will be part of a high performing sales team, the role will drive sustainable and profitable growth, deepen customer relationships, and deliver against ambitious KPI targets. This is a high impact, business development focused position, ideal for a commercially driven individual who excels at building strong relationships, securing new business, and accelerating organisational growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Adhere to KPIs structure & deliver across a corporate sales strategy. 2. Drivelead generation and fosternewB2Bcustomerrelationshipsacross a range of industry sectors. 3. Onboard and close out new business partnership contracts. 4. Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication. 5. Collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders. 6. Resolve challenges through effective negotiationand sound business acumen. 7. Provide strong administration reporting via IT systems inclusive of CRM Hubspot & MS 365 package. Required Criteria 1. 2 years sales experience in commercial B2B role. 2. Has worked to performance based KPIs. 3. Has experienced in operating a CRM. 4. Has a strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 5. Is confident Communicates with clarity and professionalism 6. Is adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes 7. Strong IT skillset inclusive of MS 365 Package (specific experience of Excel) 8. In building new client relationships and winning business 9. Works independently with initiative and drive Desired Criteria 1. Demonstratable knowledge of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) or Social Value 2. A sound understanding of contract management via procured / won business.
