Proven 3+ years of experience in Mid-Market, or Enterprise sales, SaaS sales, or a similar customer-facing role English and German language. Additional European languages would be a plus. Ensure consistency and predictability in partner performance by designing metric-driven activity models for the team. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support co-selling, co-marketing, and seamless partner experiences. Act as the escalation point for strategic partners, helping remove roadblocks and supporting major opportunities your team uncovers. Forecasting & Reporting Monitor and report on partner team activity, sourced and influenced revenue, and pipeline generation on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Deliver accurate and timely forecasts for your region and ensure your team adheres to operational rigor in Salesforce and partner management tools. Fluent English is required; local languages in the supported region are preferred or required. Working knowledge of SFDC, PRM/partner portals, Salesloft, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience in the IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing ecosystem—especially with agencies or consultancies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. 15+ years experience, with at least 5+ years of managing channel, partnerships, or sales teams, across EMEA. 5+ years of individual contributor experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development. Proven track record of leading teams to exceed partner pipeline and revenue goals. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Highly metric-driven, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. SaaS or MarTech experience strongly preferred. Working 40 hour per week 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday. Making Possible You will work as part of our maintenance team covering all aspects of building & site maintenance for our client. The role will include planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks as they occur across the sites. You will also be required to cover hands on when the Static Engineer is on leave. • Management of all sub-contractors on site ensuring works are completed to the required standards whilst adopting safe working practices. • Develop and maintain excellent, effective working relationships with the client, their representatives and the various site teams. • Assist in the negotiation and placing of contract orders by following the companies polices in a professional, cost effective and efficient manner. • Develop and monitor the service delivery in conjunction with contract teams. • Facilitate the development of robust ‘risk management’ processes and procedures. • Carrying out the preparation of Risk Assessments and producing Method Statements for works within the site. • Mange onsite PTW system. • Monitor quality audits of work completed. • Implement policies on health & safety (H&S), quality assurance (QA) and environment in conjunction with corporate support teams. • Identify and obtain essential spares to ensure clients facility remains operational and order through appropriate channels. • Ensuring all tasks both planned and reactive are completed within the contractual time scales. • Ensuring planned maintenance is programmed and completed in conjunction with the client to ensure 100% compliance of the client’s facility. • Assist in the provision of the associated services within the project facilities.
