Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. Familiarity with Bank operating systems and common enterprise applications. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supporting end-users. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
