What you'll be doing... Reporting directly to the General Manager Overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on Food & Beverage, Rooms, guest satisfaction,and standards. Leading by example and being hands-on when needed Providing strategic support to the General Manager across all hotel operations Directly managing department heads to ensure smooth operations.
