Benefits for Business Development Executive • Competitive base salary of circa £30,000 with the potential to earn up to an additional £10,000 in KPI bonuses (paid quarterly)., • Hybrid working model: Work from the office 3 days a week and enjoy the flexibility of remote work on Mondays and Fridays., • Full-time, Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm, • Opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment., • Professional development and growth opportunities., • Free Parking, • Be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation and results., • Proactively generate new business opportunities through direct sales activities, • Conduct data cleansing exercises and use provided data to generate sales interest and secure qualified appointments for the sales team, • Collaborate with marketing to execute coordinated campaigns and follow up on mailshots and other marketing activities, • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partner accounts, • Ensure customers are fully aware of the portfolio of services and identify potential new service requirements, • Prepare quotes and supporting documentation for customers within agreed timelines, • Accurately update the customer database and CRM system, ensuring efficient sales xrnqpay process administration, • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on new business generation, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team, • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
