The role: We are looking for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Upton Grange school Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual. You will also be involved with the following: • Maintaining the Diligent database and undertaking Companies House filings., • Preparation of documents to ensure continued compliance with applicable legislation and regulation., • Drafting, circulating and filing of minutes for subsidiary companies (e.g., appointment/resignation of directors)., • Preparation and release of Stock Exchange Announcements including in relation to the share buyback and associated processes., • Providing support in relation to the preparation of the Centrica plc Annual Report., • Assisting with the arrangements for the Centrica plc Annual General Meeting., • Providing support for the subsidiary statutory accounts process., • Preparing corporate information in support of project tenders., • Recording all communications received from shareholders, liaising with Centrica's share Registrars and drafting responses as appropriate., • CGI (ICSA) qualified/nearly qualified - you must be able to commit to finishing or completing a CGI Qualification if not yet complete., • Demonstrable company secretarial experience gained within the Secretariat of a UK listed company., • Confidentiality, conscientiousness and integrity., • Excellent attention to detail., • Highly organised with the ability to multitask. #LI-PG1
