Floor Manager (Restaurant):
Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Food Hygiene Training:
o Level 1 Food Safety Awareness
o Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety
o Level 3 Supervising Food of Safety Skills:
• Have knowledge of personal hygiene, food hygiene and food safety, food handling,
sanitation, and safety precautions
• Implement and ensure compliance with all relevant food and health and safety
policies and procedures
• Proven ability to work under pressure with excellent customer service skills and an eye
for attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills
• Have the ability to train, coach and inspire team members
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be punctual and reliable with time management ability
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Available to work extended hours when required
• Passion for food and customer service
Experience:
• Experience of managing a fast-food takeaway kitchen
