We are looking for a creative and passionate copywriter to join our growing, dynamic brand. In this role, you will be a key player in owning our brand voice and storytelling across all VIEVE channels. As our in-house Copywriter, you will craft compelling content that strengthens our brand identity and engages our global audience. You’ll write across multiple touchpoints - including product copy, press releases, email, social, website, and integrated marketing campaigns—ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact throughout. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of beauty, a strong creative vision, and a passion for developing distinct narratives that will help us stand out in the industry. You’ll understand our target audience and know exactly how to create exciting and relatable content, delighting our global community of existing and prospective customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and Write Content: Create high-quality, original, and engaging copy for product nomenclature, product descriptions, landing pages, retail collateral, email campaigns, paid ads, social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing materials that align with our brand voice and strategy. Champion the Brand Voice: Own and deliver a consistent tone of voice that resonates with our target audience and differentiates our brand in the beauty industry. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, retail, product development, and e-commerce teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and product launches Manage Briefs: Manage a flow of briefs, working collaboratively with creative, to deliver to relevant channels to a high standard and on time. Edit and Proofread: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, maintaining a high standard of grammar, punctuation, and style. Optimise for SEO: Ensure all web content is optimised for SEO, including researching keywords, incorporating them into copy, and following best practices to improve organic search visibility. Maintain a Copy Playbook: Evolve our copy playbook as needed, which outlines tone of voice guidelines, messaging strategies, and best practices for use across all marketing channels, including email, social media, website, and paid advertising. Analyse Performance: Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as conversion rates, engagement, and click-through rates, to refine and optimise copy for better results. Conduct Market Research: Stay up to date on beauty trends, industry news, and competitor activities to create relevant, timely, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Previous experience as a copywriter, preferably in the beauty industry, is highly desirable., • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types, including web copy, product copy, social media content, email, press releases, etc., • Excellent understanding of SEO principles and best practices., • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail., • Creative thinker with the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling content.
