We are currently recruiting a Digital Experimentation & Personalization Specialist, integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with Digital Product, Trading, and other channel-owning teams, your focus will be on finding growth opportunities, enhancing the customer journey, and increasing revenue across our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, deliver compelling personalized experiences, and make data-driven decisions that drive measurable business impact. This is not just a strategic role—you will be executing tests and experiences yourself. If you’re looking for a purely analytical position, this may not be the right fit. We need someone who is comfortable getting hands-on with code and platforms to deliver exceptional digital experiences. What You Will Do • Optimization Strategy: Lead the continuous improvement of trade and merchandising features developed by our in-house teams. Challenge assumptions and maximize the value of these tools to enhance performance., • Testing & Experimentation Ownership:, • Design, build, and deploy A/B and multivariate tests directly within Monetate and similar platforms—without developer support., • Configure experiences, apply CSS/HTML styling, and implement logic independently., • Define KPIs, support QA, and measure statistical significance to make data-driven recommendations., • Personalization at Scale: Use segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver tailored experiences that improve conversion and engagement., • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse user behaviour using GA4, Contentsquare, BigQuery, and session recordings to identify conversion bottlenecks. Create dashboards for ongoing monitoring and provide actionable insights to inform CRO strategies., • Product Recommendations: Optimize recommendation algorithms and strategies, testing new approaches to increase AOV and CVR., • Customer Journey Optimization: Improve UX and funnel flow through consistent management of trade features such as product sorting, navigation, nudges, personalized interactions, and promotional assets., • Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with Ecommerce, Marketing, Development, and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Deliver clear, actionable post-test reports that track performance and inform future strategies., • Technical QA & Troubleshooting: Use browser developer tools to debug and ensure flawless execution across devices and browsers. What You Should Bring • CRO & UX Knowledge: Significant experience in Ecommerce optimisation and A/B testing as well as a robust understanding of CRO and UX principles in a fast-paced digital, B2C retail environment., • Hands-On Technical Expertise:, • Proven experience with Monetate (or similar CRO/personalization platforms), including building and deploying experiences independently., • Strong front-end skills: CSS, HTML, and basic JavaScript/jQuery for styling and dynamic content manipulation., • Comfortable with responsive design principles., • Product Management Skills:, • Skilled at managing multiple workstreams from data-driven ideation through to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering high-quality outcomes., • Experience working in Agile environments and within Scrum teams is a plus., • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and create clear visualizations and insights., • Tool Proficiency: Experience with GA4, Contentsquare, GTM, and familiarity with BigQuery. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus., • QA & Debugging Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize experiments using browser developer tools., • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Visualising data, findings and complex outcomes concisely, • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Experience managing third-party testing tools and relationships is a plus., • Bonus skills:, • Familiarity with personalization strategies and segmentation logic., • Knowledge of performance optimization for web experiences., • Basic Git/version control experience.
