The Role As a Complex Care Support Assistant, you will: • Provide personal care and tailored support to pupils with complex needs, • Assist with mobility, feeding, toileting, and communication needs as required, • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team, • Help create a positive, engaging learning environment, • Experience in care, healthcare, complex needs support, or similar, • Confidence supporting children or young people with SLD, PMLD, or medical needs, • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach, • A genuine passion for helping young people thrive, • Immediate start, • Competitive pay (PAYE), • Opportunities for both short-term and longer-term roles, • Support from an experienced and friendly education recruitment team
