We are looking for PART TIME (up to 20h) bar staff members, to work FRIDAY and SATURDAYS nights (usual shift starting 5/6pm, or later, and finishing around 3am). We require experience and knowledge with customers service, especially within hospitality, and good communication skills.

We are ideally looking for a smart, reliable, committed and motivated person to join our small team. Shifts per week Saturday 6pm – 9pm Monday 3pm until 9pm Tuesday 6pm until 9pm (will include a quiz night) Wednesday 5pm until 9pm Friday 5pm – 9pm Duties will include Previous experience in a F&B environment is helpful Helping to control profit margins by working alongside the General Manager and Chef to control food stock, minimise wastage and manage cleaning and other costs. Will be in charge of organising and planning of weddings, parties, and events onsite so organisation/efficiency is key. Managing bar rotas and cover where necessary. Dealing with customer complaints, taking lead when the bar is busy and the ability to talk to customers as you will be serving on the bar on a day to day basis however will be responsible for the overall running of the bar. Experience of driving revenue – we need to improve our income streams through the bar so any new ideas are welcome A problem solver who can manage difficult situations well and has some initiative Delivering excellent customer service (with a smile) to owners and renters on site Preferably a Level 2 Hygiene certificate but again training can be provided Licence holder (not essential) Driving license is essential due to our location Job Type: Temporary Contract length: 12 months Pay: £13.20 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week
