Creative Program Manager Location: Kings Cross, London (3 days in office) Contract:12 months (Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm) About the Role Client is seeking a highly skilled Creative Program Manager for a temporary assignment based in London, UK. This role supports the evolution of our global Advertiser video education and co-production program, driving operational excellence, optimizing processes for speed and efficiency, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across global vendors, external clients, and creators. The Program Manager will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and influencers to deliver measurable results, scale solutions, and integrate innovative tools and workflows. What You’ll Do • Lead Program management across multiple workstream related to our video production programs and creative solutions to support creative solution adoption. Working with and leveraging regional Project managers to drive solutions., • Oversee global slot booking, scheduling, and logistical coordination for external client-facing services and multiple projects., • Manage Client Video Productions (our internal production team) resources, flexible staffing, and slot allocation to maximize program impact., • Assume task management, partner communications, and Ads Program coordination and tracking., • Design and oversee agile workflows, prioritizing mobile-first content creation and collaboration with influencers., • Continuously assess and improve program processes to enhance speed, ease of use, and overall effectiveness., • Gather information and communicate clear direction to multiple vendors globally, including 3rd party vendors., • Optimize workflows and processes for speed, ease, and scalability., • Streamline processes, templatize solutions for scalability, and develop toolkits to enhance speed and efficiency., • Scale solutions and track progress using project management software and roadmaps for visibility., • Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability., • Prepare and present business reports (MBRs), global admin reports, and RFP documentation., • Support the scaling of client communications via vendors and templates., • Help create, manage, and present all program decks, packages, and updates to internal teams, external clients, and vendors., • Build creative solutions within the production industry, including toolkit creation and strategic operations., • Present business reports and manage budgeting for 3P vendors., • Enthusiastically use AI to solve problems and drive innovation. Minimum Qualifications: • 7+ years’ experience in program management and development, ideally within digital marketing, creative industries, or global client-facing services., • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, Client platforms, and online advertising., • Demonstrated expertise in agile workflows and mobile-first content creation., • Strong background in project and program management, including vendor management and resource allocation., • Ability to optimize processes, templatize solutions, and create scalable toolkits., • Experience scaling solutions and tracking progress with project management tools and roadmaps., • Solid financial acumen in budgeting and business reporting., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences., • Enthusiasm for using AI tools to solve problems and enhance program outcomes., • Experience building creative solutions within the production industry, managing strategic operations, and presenting business reports., • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors., • Proven leadership, organizational, and executional skills in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience onboarding and integrating AI tools into workflows., • Familiarity with global data management and reporting systems., • Interest in emerging technologies and innovation in digital marketing., • Experience with cultural relevance and trend fluency, tailoring content for diverse global audiences., • Experience with platform-specific optimization and rapid turnaround for social video content., • Experience mentoring and building organizational capabilities across functions.
