Overview The Sales Manager at Shinfield Studios will support the Global Sales Team in driving occupancy, revenue growth and exceptional client experience primarily at Shinfield Studios, but also across the studio's global portfolio. This role combines proactive sales pipeline management with strong organizational and administrative skills. The Sales Manager will be the central point of coordination for enquiries, tours, market intelligence and client data – ensuring the Global Sales Team has clear, accurate information to make fast, informed decisions. Job Responsibilities - What You'll Do Market & Industry Insight Leadership • Lead the regular review of industry updates, including, but not limited to Prod Pro and market reports., • Prepare regular market summaries and insight reports for the Sales Director and VP of Global Sales to support strategic decision making, • Maintain and update a comprehensive market intelligence library to support commercial strategy. Supplier & Vendor Market Intelligence Oversight • Monitor and track market signals, updates, and opportunities provided by suppliers and vendors., • Flag notable commercial opportunities or risks to the Sales Director., • Contribute to existing reporting processes to ensure valuable insight is captured and actioned. Lead Qualification & Initial Engagement • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming enquiries, ensuring responses within 24 hours., • Qualify leads by gathering production details, required space, timelines, and relevant technical requirements., • Assess initial viability and strategic value of enquiries and prepare recommendations for review with the Sales Director. Pipeline Management & Commercial Tracking • Maintain and manage the day-to-day accuracy of the leasing tracker and sales pipeline., • Ensure accurate, current data on all opportunities, including value, likelihood, timelines and next steps., • Produce clear, insightful pipeline reports and commercial summaries for the Sales Director and leadership team., • Identify potential gaps in the pipeline and proactively generate new business opportunities for discussion with the Sales Director. Pricing & Quote Generation • Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and quotes for prospective clients, in collaboration with the Sales Director, • Ensure all proposals reflect commercial strategy, client needs, and operational feasibility., • Work closely with the Sales Director on negotiation strategy, pricing decisions, and deal documentation., • Maintain consistency and professionalism across all outward-facing sales documents. Studio Tours & Client Experience Management • Oversee all aspects of studio tours, from security coordination to stakeholder preparation., • Ensure tours deliver a premium, client-centric experience that reflects Shinfield Studios’ brand., • Produce high-quality post-tour reports with actionable next steps to support conversion. Client Database & CRM Ownership • Ensure the accuracy, segmentation, and maintenance of the booking system in line with agreed sales processes., • Ensure all notes, preferences and engagement history are captured for strategic follow-up., • Use market data to support targeted outreach and pipeline development. Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination • Work closely with Sales Coordinator and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication., • Collaborate with Operations, Facilities, Legal and Finance to support client needs and deal execution., • Contribute ideas and feedback on internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Client Relationship Management & Entertainment • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners., • Represent Shinfield Studios at events, meetings, and hospitality engagements., • Proactively host and entertain clients - on and off site - to strengthen relationships and support deal progression., • Representing Shadowbox Studios professionally in client interactions, serve as a front-line ambassador for the brand, reflecting the studio’s values and commercial ambitions. Qualifications - What You'll Bring Required • Proven success in sales, leasing, business development or account management with demonstrated ability to source and close deals and drive revenue (experience in media, production, property or studio sectors strongly preferred)., • Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders., • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and documentation., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM or tracker tools (e.g. Excel-based trackers, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Preferred • Experience within the film, TV, media, or studio/real estate environment., • Previous involvement in managing sales pipelines or leasing processes., • Proactive, with a “follow-through” mentality – takes ownership and closes the loop., • Commercially aware and curious about market trends and competitor activity., • Client-focused, with a professional and approachable manner., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities., • Collaborative and team-oriented, while able to work independently when required.
