This role provides the opportunities to learn the fundamentals of EAP Program management for individuals looking to progress into a Program Management role or develop their careers within the wider UnipharPharma business Responsibilities : Maintaining and updating project plans and ensuring the Program is running to time and schedule Undertakes all aspects of Client onboarding administration liaising with colleagues in quality, finance and legal to ensure all activities are in place prior to program go live Organizes weekly client calls including working with the Program Manager to set clear meeting agendas, note taking and timely provision of minutes and actions to clients Supports with day to day client queries and escalates and follows up internally to ensure appropriate and timely answers are provided Works closely with the Program co-ordinator team to track and understand the status of HCP enquires, requests and orders.
