We are recruiting for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our successful Commercial team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the Chief Quantity Surveyor in the commercial management of various housing projects. You will report to the Commercial Director and work within a close-knit team of surveyors. What you’ll do as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor: • Budget compilations, • Valuation analysis, • Appointing sub-contractors following tender comparisons and certifying sub-contractor payments, • Manage own sites after training completion What experience do I need? • It is essential that you have a Quantity Surveying related Degree, • Ability to grow your commercial management capability and learn to value engineer subcontractor packages, • Can manage multiple projects at any one time under the supervision of the Senior Quantity Surveyor, • It would be beneficial to have some relevant work experience
