About the Role: Reporting into the HR Systems Lead, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimisation of the SAP SuccessFactors system. You’ll play a key role in system maintenance, setting up performance review cycles, supporting and coaching managers on system use, maintaining workflows, and more. Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations. Oversee payroll functions, and clerical functions at the Hove office.
