Following a successful period of stakeholder engagement and strategic positioning, we are seeking a dynamic and authentic Managing Director to continue the delivery of transformational leadership into our next phase. As the largest GP federation in LLR, we are owned by 30 practices serving over 365,000 patients across the five districts that make up East Leicestershire and Rutland. With a strong focus on collaboration, you will work with the Executive directors to navigate the changing healthcare landscape, harnessing opportunities both commercially and within the NHS primary care agendas, and building upon our achievements to-date. Reporting directly to the Board and demonstrating exceptional leadership, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans, securing business opportunities, and fostering strong partnerships with local healthcare providers and commissioners. We have representation on the LLR Primary Care Provider Collaborative Interim Board, the LLR Neighbourhood Board, and at other Place, regional and national level forums. To lead on the development of all aspects of Crescent Health Alliance Ltd, in collaboration with the Executive Directors, and to deliver the objectives set by the Board. To work closely with the directors, shareholders, commissioners, and key delivery partners to ensure that the company delivers benefit to its shareholders and to the people of East Leicestershire and Rutland. • Problem solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands., • Ability to analyse complex facts and situations and develop a range of options., • Takes decisions on difficult and contentious issues where there may be a number of courses of action., • Ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise., • Ability to carry out procurements for highly detailed, high value contracts that require analysis, comparison and assessment.
