Ideally, you'll have: At least 1 year's experience within compliance, recruitment, education, HR, safeguarding or a similar environment. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence communicating professionally with candidates and colleagues. The ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems. A good understanding of GDPR and data protection. Experience of education recruitment compliance would be a significant advantage. Knowledge of KCSIE, DBS and Right to Work requirements would also be advantageous. Experience supervising or supporting other team members would also be welcomed, particularly if you have been involved in performance reviews, training or motivating colleagues. Why Join Enlighten Supply Pool? We're a smaller, established business where good people can make a visible impact. You won't disappear into a huge corporate structure. You'll work directly with decision-makers, have the opportunity to contribute ideas and be encouraged to improve the way we operate. If you're ambitious, commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about maintaining high standards, we'd like to hear from you. Ready for your next move?
