Job Summary:
An Accounts Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing financial transactions, records, and reporting processes within an organization. They ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department by handling invoices, reconciling financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Management: Maintain and update accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation for audits and compliance.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, track outstanding payments, and manage customer and supplier accounts.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank statements with internal financial records to identify discrepancies.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing financial budgets and forecasts to guide business decisions.
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary payments and deductions.
Tax Compliance: Ensure all tax filings (VAT, GST, corporate tax, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.
Financial Reporting: Generate periodic financial reports for senior management.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance 1st class preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in an accounting or administrative role.
Software Proficiency: QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Microsoft Excel, or other accounting software.
Attention to Detail: Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Taxation,
Should have a knowledge of Economic, Principle of Management, Business Law, Fundamental of Investment Analyst
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding financial matters.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations.
