Reporting into Finance, this role will take responsibility for the accurate and timely processing and reporting of monthly payrolls for both local and overseas entities, while getting assistance from a Payroll Administrator. Key Responsibilities: • Complete responsibility for processing the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and strict deadline observance., • Overseeing the administration of all new hires and leavers., • Time and attendance data must be uploaded accurately and on time., • Processing SSP, SMP, and SPP, and all other statutory payments., • Calculating overtime and holiday pay in accordance with laws and company policies., • Ensuring ongoing compliance to the rules for pension auto-enrolment., • Overseeing arrestment orders, making sure that the right deductions are made, and making timely payments., • Maintain accurate filing systems and correct payroll records., • Ensuring full compliance to pension and payroll laws, including statutory reporting and year-end processes.
