It would be perfect for an ambitious Software Test Engineer with an interest in software engineering, as most of your time will be spent writing automated tests in Python. It would suit someone with some previous development experience (not necessarily Python - Java / C# etc. is also fine), who is keen to build on these skills. You might have worked as an Automated Test Engineer / Software Engineer in Test / SDET, have a Computer Science degree, or done personal coding projects. The company are committing to providing training and career development opportunities and will support you in this progression.
