The Role: We are seeking an agile, quick-learning individual with an open mindset to drive new business and manage end-to-end commercial operations. You will hold complete P&L responsibility for your accounts, taking charge of everything from securing new product listings to physical order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: New Business & Growth: Hunt for new opportunities, spot new store openings, turn cold leads into successful partnerships, secure premium product listings, and confidently upsell across our portfolio. Customer Service & Retention: Build unbreakable customer relationships, resolve queries swiftly, and maintain exceptional retention rates. Events & Tastings: Conduct evening or weekend tasting sessions (Wine, Beer, and Spirits) directly at retail stores, using your product knowledge to relay compelling brand stories. Account Operations: Manage the full sales cycle including order-taking, invoicing, and proactive payment chasing. Logistics & Distribution: Maintain close relationships with delivery drivers, utilize warehouse knowledge, and support the warehouse team during peak periods. When necessary, step in to drive the delivery van to ensure customer orders are delivered strictly on time. What We Are Looking For: A fast learner with a strong commercial acumen and full account management capabilities.Industry Passion: Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer is essential.
