Business Development Manager Digital Marketing Agency | South Manchester | Hybrid Working £40,000 – £45,000 basic | Year 1 OTE £65,000 | Year 2 OTE £85,000+ The Opportunity We’re partnering with a high-growth digital marketing agency that is genuinely disrupting the market - not with noise, but with integrity, quality, and results. The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will: • Generate new business opportunities via outbound phone-based prospecting, • Book high-quality meetings and progress opportunities through the sales cycle, • Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers, • Represent a premium digital marketing proposition with confidence and credibility, • Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams, • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets This is not a script-driven, high-pressure call centre environment. You’ll be trusted, supported, and developed. You might have: • B2B sales / BDM / SDR / Account Manager experience, • Phone-based or consultative sales experience, • A strong work ethic and commercial mindset, • Confidence speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders Digital marketing sales experience is a bonus — not essential.
