The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our client-facing team in Cardiff. Working closely with one of our key clients, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects, campaigns, and day-to-day requirements, ensuring delivery is seamless, efficient, and of the highest standard. This role requires an individual with proven experience in account management (ideally within the print, signage, or related industries), outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced and reactive environment. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building trusted relationships with their marketing and project teams., • Manage projects end-to-end, from initial briefing and quotations to production, delivery, and post-campaign reporting., • Liaise closely with internal departments — including design, production, dispatch, and accounts — to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems., • Provide regular reports on deliveries, SLAs, store orders, and costs., • Coordinate new store openings in collaboration with the client’s project and retail directors., • Manage installations and external supplier work where required., • Identify opportunities to add value, propose creative solutions, and support the client’s business objectives., • Support the Senior Account Manager and Client Services Manager with forecasting, reporting, and process development., • Respond promptly to queries from stores, regional managers, and other stakeholders. Skills & Experience • Previous experience in account management, preferably within print, signage, or a related industry., • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver under pressure., • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; confidence in learning and using new systems., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proven ability to provide outstanding client service with a proactive, solution-focused approach., • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
