Job Title: Senior Interior Designer Location: Colchester, Essex CO5 Type: Full-Time Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Please Note: We do not have offer any sponsorship. We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead residential projects, with a focus on show homes and amenity spaces. A key part of this role is pitching bold design concepts directly to clients and winning their confidence, alongside taking projects from concept through to completion. You’ll work closely with our Head of Design, Creative Director, and Project Managers to deliver standout interiors, while confidently managing client relationships and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead residential interior design projects, especially show homes, from concept through to completion, • Confidently pitch and present design concepts to clients in person and online, • Prepare compelling mood boards, layouts, and FF&E specifications, • Oversee procurement, budgets, and supplier coordination, • Partner with Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and site implementation, • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment What You’ll Bring: Degree in Interior Design or similar 3–5+ years’ experience in residential interiors, with a strong show home portfolio Confident presenting to clients and managing expectations Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Strong project management, timekeeping, and communication skills Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced studio Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between London and Essex
