Job Scope: The Project Coordinator manages multiple high frequency Project Sales Orders from project handover from Inside Sales through to completion. Identifying key project deliverables, activities, tasks and departments required to successfully execute the project order to customer contractual and project delivery requirements Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely communication on project progress, issues, and resolutions., • Manage project handovers from Sales, reviewing contract details, identifying risks, and leading or participating in kick‑off meetings as required., • Oversee full order entry into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy across pricing, part numbers, delivery schedules, commercial requirements, and documentation., • Coordinate materials requirements, raising purchase requisitions, expediting components, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers., • Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying delays or risks and driving corrective actions to meet customer delivery expectations., • Document and communicate customer-specific requirements, ensuring they are captured accurately and executed throughout the order lifecycle., • Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including sales order acknowledgements and customer-approved packing lists., • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, supply chain, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution of customer orders. What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in a similar order management role, ideally within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment., • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders., • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel., • Hands-on experience with ERP systems., • Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple high‑frequency tasks and projects simultaneously., • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Why Join Bray?
