Common tasks involved and typical work activities tend to include: • Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created, • Keeping up to date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai, • Creating and attending property valuations, • Creating and attending property viewings, • Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage, • Monitoring sales and lettings as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams, • Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing, • Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market, • Generating new business via the company's database and through networking Property Sales/Lettings Consultants will also liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors, and other real estate agencies during a transaction Qualifications: • Experience in sales is an advantage but not essential, • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, • Strong networking skills, • A positive and hard-working attitude, • Smart business dress is required at all times, • Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards., • You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company, • An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player, • Valid driving license

Spa Manager Purpose of the role Responsible for assisting the Health Club and Spa Manager in the efficient running of the Health Club, ensuring a fun, safe and friendly environment for members and hotel guests. To maximise the sales of Health Club membership and spa treatments and products and ensure sales performance for the department; To manage departmental sales and marketing administration and reports in according to company standards; To ensure that the Health Club brand is perceived by our trade partners and customers alike as the leading, highly desirable place; To work with the Membership Executive to ensure that the Leisure Clubs sales and marketing strategy is implemented successfully; To promote a positive perception of the company at all times both internally and externally. Duties and responsibilities To support the Health Club and Spa Manager in the effective running of the Health Club To supervise the Therapist and provide coaching, motivation, encouragement and performance reviews Prepares employees rosters in line with business requirements ensuring efficient service to our guests at all times Ensure compliance with all Spa SOPs and Hotel Standards. To adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Act at all times. To check that all staff are correctly uniformed and that their personal presentation is to the hotels standards, and name badges are worn. To respond the telephone enquiries as per club procedures; To carry out beauty treatments as booked by clients following Club procedures for pre and post administration including: Facials Back, neck, scalp, full body and deep tissue massage Body sculpting and other detox therapies Hand, nail and food grooming Eyebrow shape and tint Aromatherapy Manicure and pedicure Hair removal To undertake cleaning duties in the treatments room To report all disciplinary and grievance matters immediately to the Manager. To ensure customer supplies and accessories are replenished as required. To ensure that Lost property is reported inline with Hotels Policy To ensure that maintenance issues are communicated to a Duty Manager on duty. To attend training and departmental meetings as requested. To follow all health, safety and hygiene requirements when undertaking tasks throughout the Hotel To take care of all Hotel equipment required to carry out duties and to report defects immediately To report immediately any matters concerning the Security of the Hotel to a Duty Manager on duty. To ensure that all Health & Safety hazards found in Guest Areas (corridors, staircases etc.) are reported immediately to a Duty Manager To ensure that all accidents are reported to a Duty Manager on duty. To arrive for work at the time specified on the Rota, correctly dressed for duty, as per the laid down procedure. To ensure all provided work tools / equipments are well maintained and in proper functional order. To ensure safety and return of all keys, in his/her possession. To ensure that a job of the day is completed in every area daily. To minimise wastage at all opportunities.
