Real Estate Disputes Solicitor Location: Central London (Hybrid working available) Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, depending on experience A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal team based in Central London. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to a broad and complex caseload across both residential and commercial property disputes. We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 5–6 years PQE and strong experience in landlord and tenant matters. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that prioritises client care and consistently delivers excellent legal services. Key Responsibilities You will advise a varied client base on a wide range of real estate disputes, including: • Breach of covenant matters (e.g. unauthorised assignments, alterations, or underletting), • Commercial landlord and tenant issues: break notices, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture, and surrender, • Business lease renewals under the 1954 Act, • Possession proceedings and eviction actions, • Trespass and squatter cases, • Adverse possession claims, • Boundary disputes, nuisance, and rights of way, • Easements and prescriptive rights, • Rights to light disputes and TOLATA claims, • Service charge disputes and consultation processes You will manage your own caseload independently, providing practical and strategic advice to clients with a commercial focus.
