This role is a HYBRID and full-time position. Who are we? Meet Flowd. We are one of the fastest-growing B2B outbound prospecting services in the UK. We work with some of the world's most interesting brands and have big aspirations to disrupt our space. We have an international team of 40 based across Manchester and Skopje, and are expanding our services fast around the world. The role will be to oversee and increase the revenue performance of your portfolio of 15-20 clients, deliver exceptional client service and liaise with internal teams to make sure KPIs are being consistently met. About you? You will have 3+ years of experience working in a Sales/Customer Success role, and being in the marketing/lead generation space will be a bonus. Have a passion for building strong and long-term relationships with clients, along with meeting the commercial goals of the business. What You'll Be Doing: • Work closely with Management & team leads to drive client performance, identify upsell, • opportunities, and coordinate efforts on critical accounts to reduce churn, • Be fully accountable for your portfolio’s revenue performance, • Be the driving force behind the new processes, while providing insights and feedback on, • improvements, • Main stakeholder in improving processes, collaboration and communication between sales, service and CS, • Work with the Head of Client Success on long term projects to help drive overall business growth, • Communicate effectively with your team on overall business changes and new procedures, • Continue to manage key accounts until you have developed within the role to an effective level and the team has scaled to size, where your sole focus can be on leadership/management of the function, • Track, manage and improve KPIs around client set up times, churn rates,, • Present client performance and KPI trends What’s in it for you... • Working in our city centre office 🏙️, • 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office., • Opportunities to work in different countries, • Handsome commission structure, • Travel contribution to visit our other offices, • Flexy hours, • Work from anywhere for 14 days, • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) 🌴, • Christmas shutdown period on top of your annual leave allowance🎄, • Birthday off & early Friday finish, • Dog-friendly office 🐶
