VALUATIONS SURVEYOR TOSenior ASSOCIATE LEADING UK PROPERTY PRACTICE HYBRID / LIVERPOOL £35,000 -£55,000 + car allowance + bonus TML Recruitment is partnered with a leading UK-wide property practice in their search for a Valuation Surveyor / Senior Associate level to be based out of their prestigious Liverpool offices. Our client is currently one of the fastest-growing property consultancies in the UK and is renowned for staff happiness, satisfaction, and career development. With a strategic growth mandate across multiple markets, theynow seek additional expertise to join their expanding team and report directly to the overall head of the division. Theteam currently comprises of 4 professionals. Its the ideal time to join a firm with a strong brand and respected reputation, yet within a team small enough for you to make a real impact and be highly visible. The team manages a portfolio mainly across Liverpool and North West as a whole and you will be responsible for Valuations across a variety of Commercial, Residential and Development assets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for their next step, taking ownership of a varied portfolio, supporting ongoing and new instructions, whilst being part of a wider, national team. There will also be mentoring opportunities to support those at the beginning of their career. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? • Valuation of a variety of commercial, residential, and development assets, • Thorough understanding of RICS Standards, • Undertaking inspections, research and writing of valuation reports for a variety of different purposesincluding internal asset purposes, secured lending, and pension purposes., • Promoting our services, generating new businessand maintaining strong working relationships with clients, • Supporting the team with fee proposals for new business, • Supporting ongoing and new instructions for colleagues and existingclients, • Mentoring junior members of the team, • MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer (preferably), • Good knowledge of the local property markets, • A full driving licence, • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and within specific agreed fees., • Proficient in valuation and Microsoft office software, • A discretionary bonus scheme, • Company Car/Car Allowance, • Individual Private Healthcare, • Excellent holiday of 25-30 days based on tenure + Birthday day + Christmas Leave, • Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave, • Access to a 24/7 mental health & wellbeing service., • An Online perk portal, • Volunteering Leave days JBRP1_UKTJ
