Trial Period (3 Months) Goal: Achieve £8K/month in revenue (approximately 3 pallets). - Compensation During Trial:15% commission per pallet sold (1 pallet = 480 bottles, minimum value £2,640). - £100 bonus for every 2 pallets sold. This dual role involves delivering, setting up, and packing up inflatable units and event equipment like Bouncy Castles, Silent Disco, Soft Play etc, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: · Safely drive Company Vehicle to deliver Inflatables and Event Equipment to various locations in London only. · To be reliable and show up for all shifts on time. · Load and unload equipment in a safe and organised matter – ensuring no damage can be done to the item(s). · Assemble and install inflatables and other event equipment at customer sites · Ensure all equipment is clean, secure, and properly set up according to safety laws/standards. · Dismantle and pack equipment after events, ensuring it’s ready for the next use. · Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service. · Demonstrate how to safely operate inflatables and event items when necessary. · Inspect and clean equipment before and after events. · Report any damages, repairs or maintenance needs to management. · Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours based on event schedules. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. · Excellent communication, time keeping and customer service skills. · Keeping accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel, and submitting documentation to management. · Communicate any issues with vehicles, products or deliveries immediately to line manager. · Communicate any incidents or accidents no matter how minor to line manager, including any parking offences or tickets. · As a representative of the company to our clients the driver must wear the correct uniform to the correct standard at all times. · To ensure all our customers receive an amazing delivery service every time. · To know and be familiar with the Delivery Schedules, Customer Lists and Customer Requirements Qualifications · Valid Manual Driver’s Licence – with a clean driving record. · Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75 kg). · Prior experience in event set-up, delivery driving or similar roles is desirable but not essential. · Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check processed by us, no upfront cost. Please Note: Events will be both indoor and outdoor, you will not be able to use the company van for other work. Who are you? ● A flexible, motivated, hard working person willing to deliver all of the ingredients that we use to make our delicious pasta across London and outside London. ● You have at least one year of experience as a van delivery driver. ● You have a C1 driving licence and CPC. ● You can adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules. ● No points on licence. ● You are available to work day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off. What you'll do: ● Driving a 7.5 Tonne vehicle in a safe manner, complying with all road traffic, and vehicle legislation. ● You may also be required to drive other company transport when required. ● Driving short and long distances depending on the route. ● Delivering our products across London. We do also operate outside of London which means that we may expect you to travel to places such as Cambridge, Nottingham, Cardiff, Liverpool,... to deliver our pasta meals and ingredients. In addition to having takeaway sites we also deliver to Ocado (Twickenham) and Harrods (Central London). ● Unload the delivery by hand into the kitchen where the team will accept delivery. May need to unload heavy trays. ● Completing delivery paperwork after completing delivery and providing a copy to the person accepting the delivery. ● Maintaining regular communication with route planners. ● Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects. ● Comply with UK Transport regulations. ● Reporting any issue to the relevant person. ● Ensuring the vehicle and stock are properly always secured.
