Electrical Installation Supervisor (Near Reading) I am looking for experienced Electrical Installation Supervisors to join a high-performing engineering team delivering cutting-edge control systems. The Role This is a hands-on, site-based role for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll take ownership of projects from survey through to installation, commissioning, and support — ensuring everything is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. • Lead and supervise electrical installations on client sites, • Survey, install, commission, and support control systems, • Work predominantly on electrical systems with some exposure to PLCs (training provided), • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec This role involves UK travel (typically within 3 hours). Some overnight stays are required (~20%), with accommodation provided where needed.
