You'll be: * Delivering proactive outreach support across the city * Leading community drop-in sessions * Supporting women resettling after refuge or temporary accommodation * Co-locating with statutory partners, including regular work at Loxley House * Advocating at MARAC, court, housing, probation, and multi-agency meetings Every day is different. What You'll Bring You are: * Experienced in supporting women affected by domestic abuse and complex needs * Confident in risk assessment, safety planning and advocacy * Trauma-informed, non-judgemental and survivor-centred * Skilled at managing a varied caseload in fast-paced environments * Passionate about partnership working and collaborative solutions * Committed to feminist values, anti-discriminatory practice and continuous improvement A Women's Aid or SafeLives Level 3 qualification is desirable (or willingness to achieve it). Salary * £26,705 (Scale Point 17 - Unqualified) * £28,340 (Scale Point 20 - Qualified) Location Based across city premises, community locations and co-located with statutory partners across Nottingham City.
