Job Purpose: The Insectary Production Assistant is responsible for performing various tasks related to producing AgBiTech’s biological insecticides, including machine operation, quality control, and general production procedures. The Production Assistant will work closely with the production team and follow SOPs to ensure smooth operations and timely production output. As a QMS Technician I, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring the quality and performance of products that help farmers protect crops naturally. In this hands-on laboratory role, you’ll support QA and QC processes, conduct routine assessments such as bioassays and lab testing, and collaborate with scientists and production teams to maintain high product standards.
