WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE The Sr. JD Edwards Supply Chain Analyst will design and implement scalable, integrated supply chain solutions. This role is critical in aligning our JD Edwards ERP platform with evolving business needs across procurement, inventory, logistics, manufacturing and other supply chain modules. This role will be act as a liaison between supply chain execution teams across the business and various IT teams responsible for ERP (JD Edwards), Warehouse and Transportation systems, BI and Planning tools etc. The role is also responsible for guiding business on best business practices for various IT solutions in place to support the businesses. JOB DUTIES: • Provide end-to-end supply chain solutions within JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne) and/or other solutions including but not limited to WMS/TMS, Planning Applications, Power BI., • Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for JDE Manufacturing and other supply chain modules, including Shop Floor Control, Product Data Management (PDM), Work Orders, Bills of Material (BOM), Routings, Production Scheduling, MRP/CRP, Procurement, Inventory, QA/QC and Cost Accounting., • Actively support daily ERP operations to ensure consistent support for business requirements., • Solution design sessions with business and IT stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and technical requirements., • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system design documentation., • Ensure consistent and successful integration of JD Edwards with third-party supply chain tools (e.g., WMS, TMS, planning solutions) using APIs, EDI, or middleware., • Partner with cross-functional teams (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance) to ensure supply chain processes are optimized and aligned with business strategy., • Provide technical oversight for system configurations, customizations, and enhancements., • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts related to supply chain., • Develop and enforce standards and best practices for system architecture, integration, and process governance., • Identify opportunities for business processes, optimization and automation using technology., • Provide training to business users on best practices and optimal use of the systems., • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and provide higher level technical/functional support., • Mentor junior analysts as needed and collaborate with external consultants and developers. Required Skills and Abilities: • Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and best practices., • Experience integrating JD Edwards with external platforms or tools (WMS, TMS, planning software)., • Familiarity with tools such as Oracle BI, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting platforms., • Experience is delivering the end user training., • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field., • 10+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with deep knowledge of supply chain modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, QA/QC, Sales Order Management, Distribution)., • 10+ years of experience designing and implementing supply chain solutions in a large-scale ERP environment.Preferred Qualifications:, • JD Edwards certification or formal training., • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or other ERP platforms is a plus., • Lean Six Sigma or supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP)., • Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions., • Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist., • Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 40 lbs. Job Description Mission Bank has two openings for the position of AML/CFT Analyst TEMP that will Assist the AML/CFT Officer in ensuring adherence to the BSA/AML compliance program. The position is expected to be for 3 to 6 months and is full-time in Bakersfield. The AML/CFT Analyst TEMP will be responsible for conducting BSA/AML investigations, due diligence and tracking, analyzing alerts and incidents generated for unusual activity, and assist branches affected by BSA Compliance issues & Regulatory requirements. Essential Responsibilities, include but not limited to: • Assist with the alert workload and the monitoring for suspicious patterns/activity and fraud, conduct suspicious activity report investigations, as well as high risk customer/account reviews, and recommend when to file and not file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). May assist in the filing of SARs when necessary., • Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews which entails research, the gathering of documents, composing a well written narrative, making appropriate recommendations, and assigning appropriate risk factors., • Perform 90-day SAR follow up reviews; recommending whether continuing activity SAR should be completed., • Assist in the preparation and submission of all Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) within the regulatory deadline of 15 days., • Ensure proper identification and adherence to the Bank's BSA Program including, but not limited to; CIP, CDD/EDD/BO, OFAC and record keeping and retention requirements., • Ensure BSA files remain current, accurate, and well-documented., • Assist with gathering information for the Money Laundering Risk (MLR) reporting process., • Participate in ongoing training to maintain current knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC regulatory requirements., • Assist in the compliance of 314(a) and 314(b) responsibilities., • Monitor potential OFAC matches and take appropriate action to escalate them when necessary.
