Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Primary Responsibility of the Property Manager is to oversee our expanding portfolio of properties. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management: coordinating repairs, scheduling preventive maintenance, staff supervision, negotiating and maintaining contracts, establishing accurate budgets, setting, and managing project schedules, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with tenants and contractors.
