Your Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operation from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery. The ideal candidate will deeplyunderstand materials planning, manufacturing processes, and logistics within a dynamic production environment. You will be critical ensuring operational efficiency, minimizing costs, and maintaining high-quality standards that support our manufacturing goals. Your Responsibilities • Develop and execute a robust, cost-effective, and efficient supply chain strategy and budget that align with the company's manufacturing and business objectives., • Implement and manage Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to forecast demand; manage all materials planning, including the creation and maintenance of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)., • Oversee all manufacturing sourcing and procurement, implement and manage inventory control systems and physical inventory counts, optimize inventory levels across all stages to support production schedules while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence, and develop risk mitigation strategies including dual-sourcing to maintain supply., • Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and process improvements to enhance supply chain visibility, predictability, and efficiency, and maintain strict compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, internal specifications) and company policies throughout the supply chain., • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain, such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory Turns, and Purchase Price Variance (PPV)., • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers, monitor their performance, and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve the best value against quality, delivery, and reliability., • Direct and manage all logistics activities to customers, including third-party logistics (3PL) providers, inbound freight, carriers, freight forwarders, warehousing, and outbound distribution, and manage shipping and receiving compliance with local, national, and international regulations. Your Required Skills and Expertise, • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field., • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement, with an emphasis on materials or manufacturing environment., • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, vendor negotiation, and management skills., • Strong analytical skills in interpreting data, creating comprehensive reports., • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, risk assessment, and developing corresponding mitigation strategies., • Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Your Preferred Qualifications, • Master’s degree in a related field., • Certification from a recognized professional organization (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, CPSM)., • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Job Description Position Summary The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace experience. This role manages day-to-day HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and onboarding/offboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of managing the administrative HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This role is full-time in person in the Billerica, MA office. Key Responsibilities Payroll & HRIS Administration • Process biweekly payroll accurately and timely for all employees., • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations., • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and issue resolution., • Manage employee data and updates within the HRIS and payroll systems., • Assist hiring managers with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination., • Prepare offer letters and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires., • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and workplace concerns., • Support performance management, corrective actions, and policy enforcement with consistency and confidentiality., • Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations; ensure timely processing with carriers., • Assist employees with benefits questions and escalate complex issues as needed., • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations., • Maintain and update company handbook, company holiday schedule, etc., • Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation (EEO, ACA, OSHA, etc.)., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)., • 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, including payroll processing., • Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred)., • Strong understanding of employment laws and payroll regulations., • Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing., • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills., • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Holders are responsible for all Sales Associate responsibilities. Responsibilities also include providing the team with continuous coaching to improve sales and service, processing customer returns and exchanges, supervising the sales floor, and performing store opening/closing procedures. This includes, but is not limited to: opening and closing of the store, management functions on point of sale, supervising the sales floor, coordinating breaks etc., • Assist with all other related tasks as directed within assigned time frame, • Comply with all company policies and procedures JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Previous experience and leadership work in specialty retail is preferred, • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays, • Demonstrate an ability to multi task while being attentive to customers, • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems, • Ability to work well and be a leader in a team environment, • Ability to be mobile on a sales floor for extended periods of time This range reflects what the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at this location at the time of this posting.
