Job Description Avid Homes is a growing residential construction company in Omaha focused on high-quality new construction, additions, and remodels. We are looking for a motivated Lead Carpenter who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to grow with a company and take ownership of projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility and room to grow into higher positions as the company expands.
