All priorities and assignments are directed through the CCO’s office, with any cross-functional work defined, time-limited, and coordinated through the CCO to ensure alignment and role clarity. Primary responsibilities include executive project support, document preparation, regulatory and compliance readiness, workforce training infrastructure, clinical systems support, and support for planning and execution of the New Freedom re-entry conference. The role offers structured exposure to healthcare administration, behavioral health systems, and justice-involved re-entry services through close mentorship by the CCO. Your Impact Will Include: • Provide operational and project support to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), including executive briefings, meeting materials, follow-up documentation, and cross-functional initiative coordination, • Prepare, format, and maintain executive-level documents, reports, presentations, training materials, compliance documentation, and dashboards., • Develop and manage project trackers, timelines, and reporting tools to support quality management, accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and clinical system initiatives, • Support planning and execution of the New Freedom re-entry conference, including project tracking, scheduling tools, coordination support, communications drafts, and post-event reporting, • Maintain workforce training and continuing education infrastructure, including CEU/NAADAC tracking, training materials organization, and training/webinar documentation, • Maintain strict confidentiality while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines Where You’ll Work: • Primarily works in a professional office and virtual collaboration environment within a behavioral healthcare setting, • Performs work during standard business hours, with scheduling flexibility based on project needs and academic requirements, • Regularly uses a computer, standard office equipment, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook) to complete assignments and support executive operations, • Works in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with evolving priorities and competing demands, • Frequently interacts with executive leadership, staff, and external partners in both virtual and in-person settings, • May be required to attend meetings, trainings, or organizational events, including occasional in-state travel related to program activities or conferences Culture Fit Test: Think you might be a great fit?
