Job Description eCommerce Marketing Manager Confidential Client – Luxury Building Products Outlet Location: On-site Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary (DOE) About the Company Cherry Talent Group is partnering with a well-established luxury building products outlet with multiple brick-and-mortar locations and a growing digital footprint. The business specializes in high-end architectural and interior products such as doors, vanities, tubs, mirrors, and related finishes. With a strong in-store presence already in place, the next phase of growth is clear: driving measurable eCommerce revenue, strengthening demand generation, and supporting sales through disciplined digital execution. This role is ideal for a performance-driven eCommerce marketer who enjoys building systems, owning outcomes, and translating digital strategy into real pipeline and revenue impact. About the Role This is a revenue-focused eCommerce marketing role that sits at the intersection of demand generation, revenue operations, and sales enablement. The right person will work closely with a sales-driven leadership team as a peer partner, owning digital performance, lead flow, and conversion—not just marketing activity. Success in this role is measured by pipeline contribution, revenue growth, and sales enablement effectiveness. You will build, manage, and optimize the systems that drive qualified traffic, conversions, and online revenue, while ensuring messaging and assets support both eCommerce customers and a growing dealer network. Key Responsibilities eCommerce, Demand Generation & Revenue Performance • Own end-to-end eCommerce and performance marketing outcomes, • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital media (Google, Meta, and similar platforms) with accountability to ROI, CAC, and lead quality, • Optimize Shopify storefront performance, customer journey, and conversion rates, • Manage HubSpot (or similar platforms) including lead stages, routing, attribution, lifecycle reporting, and sales handoff, • Develop and execute campaigns tied directly to revenue and pipeline goals, • Partner closely with a small, high-performing sales team as a strategic counterpart, • Translate sales conversations, objections, and buying triggers into effective ads, landing pages, and campaigns, • Develop clear, customer-segmented value propositions that support both eCommerce conversion and sales conversations, • Create practical, sales-ready assets (one-pagers, spec sheets, flyers, landing pages) that sales teams actively use, • Translate business and revenue goals into executable digital and messaging plans, • Push for clarity on goals, metrics, and ownership before executing, • Identify when to execute directly vs. leverage freelancers or agencies, • Manage external partners with clear performance expectations, • Translate performance insights and sales feedback into tighter messaging, improved enablement, and optimized campaigns, • Maintain a cohesive, credible, luxury-aligned brand presence across digital and physical touchpoints, • Support brand assets used across eCommerce, events, partnerships, and campaigns, • eCommerce and digital marketing directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth, • Online revenue grows consistently month over month, • Paid media spend is intentional, measurable, and profitable, • Sales teams actively use and trust marketing systems and enablement assets, • eCommerce, demand gen, and HubSpot processes are scalable and repeatable This role is best suited for someone who is: • A revenue-focused operator who can both strategize and execute, • Comfortable being measured weekly against performance metrics, • Analytical, direct, and accountable, • Confident pushing back on vague requests and driving clarity, • Collaborative with sales, but not subordinate—operates as a peer tied to shared outcomes, • 5–10 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or eCommerce, • Proven track record growing pipeline and/or online product revenue, • Hands-on experience with Shopify, • Strong command of paid digital advertising platforms, • Deep working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing systems, • Experience managing freelancers or agencies, • Background in building products, home improvement, retail, distribution, or luxury goods strongly preferred, • Opportunity to own revenue-driving marketing within an established business, • High visibility, accountability, and leadership support, • Clear growth mandate tied to measurable outcomes, • Base salary: $85,000–$100,000 (DOE), • Performance-based bonus, • Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) with company match, • Family-Owned, People-Focused – A close-knit, growth-minded culture that values relationships as much as results., • Core Values in Action – Professionalism, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Excellence., • Customer-Centered – Guided by the promise: Opening the door to endless possibilities., • Growth-Oriented & Innovative – Committed to building systems, embracing e-commerce, and scaling nationally.
