Job Description Shop Supervisor Location: Mendota Heights, MN | Full-Time About Us We’re a respected design and fabrication company with over four decades of experience crafting immersive, 3D themed environments, sculptures and other custom elements for high-profile clients across many industries. Our work blends artistry with engineering, using materials like fiberglass, wood, urethane, steel, and large-scale printed graphics to produce custom elements ranging from 3 to 30 feet in size. Our shop combines traditional fabrication methods with advanced digital tools including CNC routing and 3D printing. We’re looking for a Shop Supervisor to support and lead our fabrication team. This person will be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of overseeing people, processes, and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. What You'll Do • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, • Supervise multiple employees across a variety of shop functions, • Provide clear communication and direction to shop personnel to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiently, • Take ownership and responsibility for projects and manage shop employees during the fabrication process to assure projects are done with the highest quality and are done on time, • Manage multiple projects in an organized, accurate, and detail-oriented manner, • Experience in a shop supervisory role—ideally at a theming company, • Technical and general construction experience across various materials including urethane, fiberglass, wood, steel, and graphics, • Experience with floor plans and elevations, and the ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on design and construction projects, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, • Bonus: Knowledge of CAD design, shop drawing creation, CNC router operation, and Rhino 3D, • Be part of a creative team where you help designs come to life—literally, • Work on one-of-a-kind projects for clients across entertainment, hospitality, retail, and more, • A company with 44+ years of innovation and craftsmanship, • A collaborative environment that values curiosity, efficiency, and making cool stuff, • Opportunity to contribute to projects as a valued team member
